Granteq was engaged to deliver a comprehensive audiovisual (AV) and workspace solution that enhances both collaboration and employee productivity for 12,000Sq Ft corporate office based in Abu Dhabi. 1. CEO Office

• Solution: Professional-grade displays were installed in each small meeting room, paired with interactive room management systems to optimise scheduling and usage.

Medium Meeting Rooms (3)

• Solution: The medium meeting rooms were fitted with CTouch Laser Nova interactive screens and advanced audio systems, making them perfect for larger team meetings and presentations.

  • Centralised control systems for efficient AV management.

Quiet Area: Nookpods

• Solution: Granteq in collaboration with the interior firm installed Nookpods to create designated quiet zones for employees who need focused workspaces. These pods offer acoustic isolation, allowing for a distraction-free environment that promotes productivity.

Sound Masking System for the entire office area of 12,000 sq. ft

• Solution: To create a more comfortable and productive work environment, Granteq installed SoftDB sound masking system in open-plan office spaces. This technology helps reduce distractions and protect speech privacy by adding a subtle background sound that blends with the environment.
